Wondering how to get started? Here are the answers to some of our most frequently asked questions!

↳   We know how valuable merch is for societies and their members, so we've tried to make it as affordable as possible. If you find a better price, send us a copy of the quote and we'll beat it. (T&Cs apply)

↳   If you put in a similar order in the past 12 months, it's likely we still have your print materials. Let us know if this is the case and we may be able to provide a discount!

↳   This depends. We get your chosen merch in bulk for printing, so the best place to check is the manufacturer's website. For example, AS Colour have live stock levels on their website.

↳   Whilst the Covid-19 pandemic has caused significant disruption to supply lines in Australia and abroad, we'll make every effort to get your order to you as soon as we can. Orders of in-stock items have a production turnaround of 7-10 business days. Shipping times vary on current state border closures and may be delayed up to 7 days for out of NSW orders.

↳   Due to Covid-19 social distancing policies we are unable to provide physical samples of merch.

↳   Choose whichever style you'd like: for basic designs, the cost is very similar. Embroidery has an old-school look to it whilst screen-printed merch can look very professional. If your logo has more than two colours, we recommend embroidery as screen-printing becomes more expensive for every additional colour in your design!

↳   Not sure how many people would like to buy your merch? Worried about sizes? Tipped orders let you gauge interest before you put in your order with us! Head to the 'Sell Merch' tab and make sure to select 'Tipped Item' when editing your merch listing. Your members will only be charged when you close sales & place a bulk order with us.

↳   We've implemented both members-only items, members-only discounts, and discount codes to give you control over pricing for unique groups of people. Send us an email to set this up on your merch store.

Our current merch sale fees are:
  • AU/NZ/CA - 2.1% + 30c
  • UK – 2.1% + 30p
